Processing & Fulfillment

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email immediately upon placing an order, followed by a tracking notification once your package leaves our facility.

Order Tracking

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  • In their original, undamaged packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1. Contact Support:

Step 2.Receive Your Label:

If your return is eligible, our team will issue a pre-paid return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Step 3.Pack and Ship:

Securely package the item in its original box, attach the provided shipping label, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Refunds & Processing Time

Once your return is received and thoroughly inspected by our fulfillment team, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed immediately and credited back to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days, depending entirely on your financial institution's processing times.

Damaged or Missing Items: If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@louduniverseofficial.com with clear photographs of the packaging and items. We will fast-track a replacement immediately.
